Share your times

Send a few times in iMessage, or a link. They pick in any browser.

Choose who picks

On Home, tap Share availability. Khanflow asks Who picks the time?

  • I do: tap the few times you’re free on the calendar, then Share them (iMessage, or anywhere) or Copy them. Switch on Also create a booking link to send a link too.
  • They do: send a booking link from Availability & Links. See Booking links.

What they see

They open your times in any browser, no app or account needed, shown in their own time zone. They add their name and tap what works.

If the time can be booked straight away, they see Booked and it goes on your calendar. If you approve bookings first, they see that they’ve asked you.
