Sign in

Open Khanflow and choose Continue with Apple, Continue with Google or Continue with Microsoft. With Google or Microsoft, signing in also connects that account’s calendar.

The app has four tabs along the bottom: Home, Calendar, Life OS and Assistant. The microphone sits in the middle of the tab bar, so you can talk to Khanflow from anywhere.

Connect more calendars

1. On Home, tap your picture to open Profile.
2. Under Scheduling, tap Integrations.
3. Tap Connect next to the account you want.

Google brings Google Calendar and Google Tasks. Microsoft brings Outlook Calendar, Teams and To Do. Under This iPhone, iPhone calendars adds every calendar on your phone, including iCloud.

For your iPhone’s calendars, give Khanflow full calendar access when iOS asks. Khanflow reads them while the app is open.

Choose what shows

On the Calendar tab, tap the Calendars chip. You can switch each phone calendar on or off, and choose whether the assistant can see your phone calendars at all.

Khanflow keeps a week back and two months ahead from your phone. Attendees and notes stay on the phone. Colours and hidden calendars only change what this phone draws.
